Ministries for Children

Our nursery is a warm and nurturing space designed to provide a loving and safe environment for our youngest members. We are dedicated to supporting the spiritual and developmental needs of infants and toddlers while giving parents peace of mind during services and events.
A Loving Environment
In our nursery, children from newborns to age four are cared for by trained and compassionate volunteers who are committed to ensuring each child feels secure and cherished. We create a stimulating and age-appropriate environment with plenty of age-appropriate toys, books, and activities that encourage early learning and exploration.
Spiritual Foundation
While in our care, children are introduced to foundational Biblical concepts through simple stories, songs, and interactive play. We believe in laying the groundwork for a lifelong faith journey by sharing God’s love and teachings in ways that are accessible and engaging for their young minds.
Safety and Comfort
The safety and well-being of your child are our top priorities. Our nursery is equipped with all necessary safety features, and our staff and volunteers undergo thorough background checks and training to ensure a secure environment. We also strive to accommodate each child's individual needs and routines, providing a comforting and familiar atmosphere.

Our Children’s Church is designed for children ages 4 to 8, providing a vibrant and engaging environment that parallels the teachings shared in the main service, tailored to young minds.
A Nurturing Space for Young Learners
During the sermon, after the music and Scripture reading, children in this age group are invited to join us for Children’s Church. Located in the preschool room opposite the nursery, our Children’s Church offers a safe and welcoming space where kids can explore Bible stories and teachings at their own level.
Parallel Lessons
Our curriculum is thoughtfully aligned with the sermon content delivered by Pastor Andrew, ensuring that children engage with the same Biblical principles as the adults, but in a way that is age-appropriate and interactive. Through stories, activities, and discussions, we aim to make the lessons accessible and exciting, helping children to grasp and connect with the teachings.
Flexible Participation
Parents have the option to either dismiss their children to Children’s Church or keep them with them for the entire service—whatever best suits your family’s needs and preferences. We strive to support a flexible and family-friendly approach to worship, understanding that each family’s dynamic is unique.
Special Note
Children’s Church is offered every Sunday except for the first Sunday of each month. On these special Sundays, families are encouraged to worship together for the whole service, fostering a sense of unity and shared experience.
Transitioning from Nursery
Please note that nursery care is available throughout the entire service for children from birth through age three. Children will be promoted to Children’s Church around their fourth birthday, continuing their faith journey in a more structured and age-specific environment.

Our Sunday School program for children and youth is designed to offer engaging and age-appropriate biblical teaching through The Gospel Project curriculum. We invite your child or teen to join us as they explore the overarching story of Scripture and grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
Pre-K & Younger Elementary (Ages 3-6, or PreK-1st Grade)
Our youngest learners gather in the preschool room for a fun and interactive experience designed specifically for their age group. Here, children aged 3 to 6 engage with The Gospel Project curriculum through age-appropriate stories, activities, and crafts. This class helps lay a foundational understanding of the Bible while fostering a love for learning about God.
Older Elementary (Ages 7-11, or 2nd-5th Grade)
The Older Elementary class meets in the downstairs main church library, where children aged 7 to 11 dive deeper into The Gospel Project. Through interactive lessons, discussions, and activities, this group explores Biblical teachings in a way that connects with their growing understanding. They learn how the stories of the Bible fit into the larger narrative of God’s plan.
Youth Class (Ages 12-18, or Middle School and High School)
Our Youth Class for Middle and High School students meets in the upstairs middle classroom (Room 2). This class provides an opportunity for teens aged 12 to 18 to explore The Gospel Project at a level that is relevant to their experiences and challenges. With a focus on applying Biblical principles to real-life situations, this class aims to support their spiritual growth and prepare them for the journey ahead.
